Roots and Vine is a tasting menu-only restaurant.  You will be able to choose any two to three items on four of the 6 or more courses. The chef's Appalachian sourced tasting experience will be pre-set for you on the other courses and changing frequently throughout the season to reflect our culinary team’s inspiration.
